This was our 2nd time working with Cathy Algas, and she was once again amazing! She goes above and beyond in all that she does. She communicates well, responds quickly, and has a flexible schedule. She is such a hard worker and puts in so much extra time. She gets any and all jobs done, no matter what it takes. Cathy is extremely knowledgeable with all things real estate, has so much experience, knows the ins and outs of the entire process, gave creative solutions to make things work for us, and knows so many people in the real estate/financial world to help us. She is honest, caring, funny, and so easy to talk to. She always gave us reminders to make sure we didn’t overlook anything and made sure we knew about all the details in each phase of the process. When touring homes, Cathy was very knowledgeable about the area, what kinds of things to be looking for and to consider when deciding on a home, and any potential repairs/upgrades and their associated costs. Matt was persistent. We spoke first a few years about selling my rental property in Peoria. I received over a dozen voice messages from Matt over the past couple of years wondering if I wanted to sell, and that he would gladly represent me if I did. Fast forward to December 2022. My tenants decided to not renew their lease and I said I’d give selling a try, so I called Matt. We got the home listed within two weeks and within 24 hours had two full price offers! We chose the one with the earliest closing date. Matt was informative throughout the process, and really has a great knowledge of the real estate market in central Illinois.
